“Dear Henry, Bene and James, Kia ora. Firstly I would like to say a huge Thank You for a fantastic RCHK New Zealand Trip. It was easily one of the most fun and rewarding trips I have been on with students... It is important to us at Renaissance College that every trip the students go on allows them to develop as people, extends their comfort zones, challenges them physically and mentally, and allows them to realize their responsibility as global citizens in a fun and safe environment. This trip with Little Brown Kiwi met and exceeded all of these expectations... I sincerely hope that the relationship between Little Brown Kiwi and Renaissance College continues to grow. You really offer something unique to our students and it has been a true pleasure working with you all this year. Chur Bros” Jon Field – Trip Leader, Renaissance College Hong Kong
“Little Brown Kiwi has the remarkable ability to distil New Zealand into one week: the landscape, the culture, the people and the adventure... Having worked with LBK twice I continue to be impressed with their meticulously planned itineraries that coordinate our requested balance of action, service and creativity as well as the health and wellbeing of the students... I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and I look forward to working with them again in the near future!” Emma Palmer – King George Fifth School, Hong Kong
“As an accompanying teacher on two school trips organised by Little Brown Kiwi, I was very impressed with the exceptional organisation, the quality of activities and enthusiastic approach shown by Little Brown Kiwi staff. Both trips offered an exciting array of experiences that allowed the students to step outside their comfort zones, whilst always ensuring safety was paramount. Through culture, food, sport, community service and adrenaline-pumping activities, Little Brown Kiwi provided an outstanding experience for both students and teachers and I am thoroughly looking forward to my next adventure!” Keri Benefield – Renaissance College, Hong Kong and UWCSEA, Singapore
"An unforgettable trip, extremely well organized, even down to the weather!
The activities challenged everyone and the instruction at the various venues was of a high standard, always concerned for our enjoyment and safety. There was an excellent balance of culture, geography and physical
activities. All the accommodation booked for us was of a good standard and
travel arrangements were highly organised and well timed. Little Brown
Kiwi staff were flexible and appreciated all the needs of our group. The
students and staff all had an experience of a life time!"
Xanthe Clarke and Charlie Riding – PE Department, King George V School, Hong Kong
"AISHK would happily use LBK again. They were highly organised, professional, friendly and accommodating. New Zealand is a perfect destination for a school excursion, with so much to see in a tiny little country. The tourist industry there is well advanced and makes international students extremely welcome. Being a New Zealander himself, as well as an ex-international school teacher, James Lovegrove is an ideal guide, being acutely aware of New Zealand's culture and the various needs of international students." Phil O'Connor – Trip Leader New Zealand Adventure, Australian International School, Hong Kong
"Little Brown Kiwi is to be congratulated on putting together such an interesting and exciting trip for our students. The variety of activities kept the students interested, from the beginning of the week to the end. All students (and teachers) returned thoroughly tired but with a good understanding of the New Zealand culture and way of life. The physical challenges provided the students with a sense of achievement and in some cases, a desire to push themselves even further. Personally, as a first time visitor, it was a great introduction to New Zealand that has given me a desire to return. Lorraine Kennedy – Australian International School Hong Kong
"Taking students across the planet could present a number of challenges. That is why we approached Little Brown Kiwi, who took care of everything and facilitated an amazing experience for all. Their service included; organising logistics, convincing parents about safety and providing an adventure that offers more 'bang for your buck'. For me, Little Brown Kiwi's 'Queenstown Adventure' trip met all criteria fantastically. Whether it was bungy jumping or swimming along side seal colonies, dining 400 metres above Queenstown or eating hotdogs at a Super 14 Rugby game, I felt continually invigorated by what was on offer. This trip was extremely well-organised with a great balance between challenge and relaxation. As a teacher, I always felt reassured that the students in my care were well looked after, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the ride. Thank you Little Brown Kiwi."
