Little Brown Kiwi has a range of accommodation partners depending on the location. Our accommodation is constantly reviewed to ensure that it is warm, clean, safe and is a friendly place to stay. Most nights on LBK trips are spent in motels and lodge accommodation. Students will be in quad share rooms, which include their own en-suite facilities. Rooms often have TVs and kitchenettes. We try to use lodge, hostel or motel accommodation where this is available. A special feature of many of our trips is one or two nights camping. Here we either use cabins or we sleep in quality tents, designed for the New Zealand outdoor environment. When camping we have access to communal toilets/showers and extra blankets are always available. Spend the night on a marae is a unique experience. Here, as is the local Maori custom, we will all sleep in the marae (large room) together. This is always a favourite memory for the students. * In most places the bedding is provided, but a sleeping bag is required and is listed on the Clothing/Equipment List.
